I can't credit the photographer or the website where this was first posted, as it was passed on to me by a friend and he can't remember where this photo came from?

At first, I thought that with the glassed-in pedestrian walkway and the guy with the wacky helmet with long hair sprouting out of it; this could only be Japan! Anyway, on closer inspection, the sign doesn't look much like it's in Japanese writing - so who knows where this was taken?
